Can I Use My Own Template?

You can upload your own template if it is a BID file type, with the .bid extension (if you've previously downloaded it from the ID Maker app). 

If it is a template that you've made with a different app like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., it is not in .bid file type. It will not have the same format, structure, or objects, and it is not compatible with ID Maker.

In this case, you will need to start a new template from scratch and design it again with ID Maker to resemble the template that you want to use, and then download it to reuse it later.

You can download it in .bid format once you've created it.

With ID Maker you can import images into your template, so you could export your template and import it into ID Maker. You can read more about how that would work on the background images page.
