When will my order ship?

Orders received by 1PM eastern time ship same day, orders received after 1PM eastern ship the next business day.

How do you ship orders?

We ship via USPS (US Mail), and UPS. Large orders can be arranged to ship via LTL.

Which shipping option is used for free shipping?

Free shipping is enabled based on the amount spent when placing your order. If you select a free shipping option, we will ship using the best shipping service taking in to account cost and speed. Most of the time this means free shipping will be UPS Ground service or USPS First Class Mail.

Delivery Time to US Addresses

UPS Ground and First Class Mail within the USA is typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
Priority Mail within the USA is delivered within 3-4 business days.
Express Mail within the USA is guaranteed overnight to most areas. Some remote areas are guaranteed two-day delivery.
UPS 2nd Day is delivered in 2 business days. For example if your order ships on Thursday, it will usually be delivered on Monday.
UPS Next Day is delivered in 1 business day. For example if your order ships on Friday, it will usually be delivered on Monday.

What is a business day?

A business day is Monday through Friday and excludes holidays.

Can my order be shipped via UPS or FedEx?

Yes, we offer UPS shipping options when ordering. We do not use FedEx at this time.

International Shipments

Which shipping method should I select for international shipments (outside USA)?

We strongly recommend choosing a UPS shipping method for international shipments - they do cost slightly more, but UPS is much more reliable and much faster than the USPS shipping options.
