Card Charged After Error During Checkout

As stated during checkout, the address provided must be valid on the card being used - either as the Billing Address, or as an Alternate/Temporary Shipping Address. It is very easy to ensure this by calling the telephone number on the back of your card and asking to add your current address as an "alternate shipping address". Once this is done you will have no trouble placing an order. 

If you received an error after placing your order but your card was charged, your charge was automatically voided. Voiding occurs automatically by our billing system if the address on the credit card used does not match the address you used when ordering, OR the security code you entered was not valid for the card used. 
Unfortunately, because the transaction went through and then was voided it will take 3-7 business days for the charge to come off of your card. This is not at our discretion, it is dependent on your Credit/Debit card company - once our system automatically voided the transaction we no longer have control over it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
